Hi, kids! Glad to see you again. 

小朋友们，爸爸妈妈给你们配手机了吗？如果平时上课的时候，有人的手机响了，老师会怎么办呢？是没收还是警告呢？不过，我们大人在开会或者上班的时候，通常会对自己的手机做两种设置，你们知道是什么吗？

1. 调静音 —— put the phone on mute/ set the phone to mute

比如：

(1). You should put your phone on mute when you are in your class.

当你在上课的时候，应该把手机调静音。

(2). It’s polite to set your phone to mute or turn it off when you are on a meeting. 

 当你在开会的时候，把手机调静音或者关机是比较礼貌的行为。

2. 调振动 —— put your phone on vibrate mode/ set the phone to vibrate mode

(1). When you are at work, you should put your phone on vibrate mode. 

当你在上班的时候，你应该把手机调成振动模式。

(2). I set my phone to vibrate mode when I am with my kid.

当我和孩子在一起的时候，我会把手机调成振动模式。 

3. 手机振动—— buzz

(1). Your phone kept buzzing when you were in the kitchen. 

你在厨房的时候，你的手机一直在振动。

(2). My phone is buzzing, can you answer it for me? My hands are all wet.

我的手机响了，你能帮我接听一下吗？我的手全是湿的。
